Why to Watch
The Gentlemen mixes old-money British aristocracy with a violent, darkly funny criminal underworld, anchored by Theo James and Kaya Scodelario’s chemistry as reluctant partners in crime. Season 2 raises the stakes by taking the story international, adding Giancarlo Esposito to a cast already stacked with scene-stealing turns from Ray Winstone and Vinnie Jones, and promising — in Theo James’s own words — something “bigger and darker” than the first outing.
